Our chicken soy broth. Comes with your choice of braised pork chashu or chicken. Along with scallions, bamboo shoots, seaweed paper and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, then topped with fresh arugula and drizzled with scallion oil, makes for a lighter but never lacking in flavor choice.

Roasted garlic infused pork bone broth. With your choice of braised pork chashu or chicken. Along with bean sprouts, scallions, seaweed paper and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, then topped with our kale and onion crunch, finished with a drizzle of roasted black garlic oil. Intense flavor to satisfy your ramen fix.
Spicy Miso - $ 16.50
This is a flavorful spicy miso pork bone broth. The noodles are thicker cut. Topped with your choice of chashu pork belly or chicken. Along with sweet soy marinated egg, bean sprouts, green onions, bamboo shoots, cilantro and sesame seeds. served with lime wedges. ( cannot be mild or no spice)

Our miso vegetable broth. Following on top with lightly fried tofu. Along with scallions, wood mushroom, bamboo shoots, corn and seaweed paper. Then topped with fresh arugula making this a flavorful vegetarian option. Vegan friendly when you ask for the vegan kale noodles!
Kimchi - $ 16.50
Our spicy pork bone broth infused with sautéed kimchi. With your choice of braised pork chashu or chicken. Along with bean sprouts, scallions, seaweed paper, and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, then topped with pepper flakes and more sautéed kimchi.
